 ARTICLE 3 – MEMBERSHIP Eligibility Any artisanal miner, small-scale miner, or mining worker Must operate within approved mining communities Must agree to follow cooperative rules Rights of Members  ✔ Access to cooperative support & equipment ✔ Participate in meetings ✔ Benefit from mineral marketing support ✔ Vote during elections  Duties of Members  ✔ Follow safety and environmental rules ✔ Pay agreed membership dues ✔ Sell minerals through the cooperative (agreed percentage) ✔ Maintain peaceful conduct with other members

 ARTICLE 1 – NAME The name of the cooperative shall be: Artisanal Miners Grouping Cooperative Society ARTICLE 2 – OBJECTIVES The objectives of the cooperative are to: 1. Unite artisanal and small-scale miners under an organized structure 2. Improve members’ income through collective mineral marketing 3. Provide access to mining equipment and technical support 4. Promote safe and environmentally responsible mining 5. Assist members with licensing and legal compliance 6. Attract investors, partners, and buyers for members’ minerals 7. Provide training in modern mining practices
