1. Unite artisanal and small-scale miners under an organized structure


2. Improve members’ income through collective mineral marketing


3. Provide access to mining equipment and technical support


4. Promote safe and environmentally responsible mining


5. Assist members with licensing and legal compliance


6. Attract investors, partners, and buyers for members’ minerals


7. Provide training in modern mining practices
