 NATIONAL EXECUTIVE CHAPTERS COUNCIL (NECC-AMGCS)

‎The Artisanal Miners Grouping Co-operative Society (AMGCS) hereby announces the establishment of the National Executive Chapters Council (NECC-AMGCS) as part of the cooperative’s national administrative and operational expansion structure.

‎The Council is formed through the collective representation of the first selected State Chapters under the cooperative system.

‎CURRENT STATES UNDER THE NATIONAL STRUCTURE

‎Taraba State Chapter

‎Plateau State Chapter

‎Nasarawa State Chapter

‎Anambra State Chapter

‎Kano State Chapter

‎Bauchi State Chapter

‎Enugu State Chapter

‎Abia State Chapter

‎Ebonyi State Chapter

‎Rivers State Chapter

‎Cross River State Chapter

‎NATIONAL EXECUTIVE CHAPTERS COUNCIL (NECC-AMGCS)

‎The National Executive Chapters Council (NECC-AMGCS) is created by the first seven (7) State Chapters, with one representative member selected from each State Chapter.

‎This creates a seven-member governing council responsible for coordinating and governing the affairs of the Artisanal Miners Grouping Co-operative Society at the national level.

‎STRUCTURE OF THE NATIONAL COUNCIL

‎The NECC-AMGCS shall operate through seven (7) National Head Offices located within the selected governing State Chapters, each having a representative seat at the National Executive Chapters Council.

‎The First 7 Governing State Chapters Include:

‎Taraba State

‎Plateau State

‎Nasarawa State

‎Anambra State

‎Kano State

‎Bauchi State

‎Enugu State

‎ADMINISTRATIVE REQUIREMENT

‎Every:

‎National Executive Chapter Council

‎AND

‎State Executive Chapter Council

‎must maintain an official Secretariat File for proper arrangement and documentation of:

‎Cooperative records

‎Appointment letters

‎Operational mandates

‎State registrations

‎Executive records

‎Mining operational reports

‎Cooperative expansion documents

‎Official correspondence

‎OFFICIAL REPRESENTATION

‎The National Executive Chapter Council shall officially announce and recognize representatives serially from the first seven governing State Chapters for official signing and operational authorization.

‎This structure is established to strengthen:

‎Unity

‎Transparency

‎Accountability

‎Sustainable mining governance

‎Cooperative expansion

‎Community development across Nigeria

‎Together We Mine, Together We Prosper
