Eligibility



Any artisanal miner, small-scale miner, or mining worker


Must operate within approved mining communities


Must agree to follow cooperative rules


Rights of Members 

✔ Access to cooperative support & equipment

✔ Participate in meetings

✔ Benefit from mineral marketing support

✔ Vote during elections 


Duties of Members 

✔ Follow safety and environmental rules

✔ Pay agreed membership dues

✔ Sell minerals through the cooperative (agreed percentage)

✔ Maintain peaceful conduct with other members
