The cooperative shall operate under:

National Office

State Chapters

LGA Branches

Community/Site Units


Each level shall have elected or appointed officers responsible for coordination and reporting.



ARTICLE 5 – FINANCE

Sources of cooperative funds:

*Membership registration fees

*Monthly/annual dues

*Small percentage from mineral sales

*Donations, grants, and partnerships


Funds shall be used for:

*Equipment purchase

*Training programs

*Welfare and emergency support

*Administrative costs
